"Corporeal" features work illuminating the body's physicality in different ways, through sculpture and installations by CFEVA's Career Development Program Alumni: Maria Anasazi, Susan Benarcik, Ava Blitz, Brooke Hine, and Leslie Speicher. "Trail of Hope" features Career Development Program Alumnus Peter Prusinowski. Photographer Peter Prusinowski documented his 143-day walk from Philadelphia's historic Penn Treaty Park to the current Lenni-Lenape tribal center in Oklahoma, stopping on the way to help tornado victims in Joplin, MO.

Artist Talks and Reception: Thursday, February 9th 5 - 7pm. The Center’s Alumni Travel Grant program helps its alumni take advantage of opportunities involving travel that could have a significant, positive impact on their work. Opening Reception: Friday, January 27th 6 - 8pm. This exhibition explores the diverse ways that contemporary artists are (re)interpreting fiber art-based traditions and techniques. This exhibition of CFEVA's Career Development Program Alumni is held in conjunction with FiberPhiladelphia, a city-wide biennial celebrating fiber-based works.

Opening Reception: Wednesday, February 1st 6 - 8pm. Artists are selected for CFEVA’s two-year Career Development Fellowship by our renowned Board of Artistic Advisors. While active in the program, the artists have opportunities to experience a full exhibition schedule, receive career counseling and mentorship, earn money from the sale of their work, teach in the community and participate in numerous professional development opportunities.
